Stop roleplaying and being creepy in the comments

Agreed. New users need to read the rules more often.
Getting sick of people acting like this is PornHub.

Excuse me but dont you two realize how pointless that rule is seeing as this is pretty much a fetish site to begin with?
And then on such a site something as innocent as sexual roleplay gets labeled as "creepy" and whatever else gets done to these people...seriously?

  • Except this isn't a "fetish website." It's a place for archiving that happens to allow all kinds of content. Besides, these rules have existed for a long time and there's are good reasons for it. Sexual roleplaying is hardly harmless either. The clue is in the name. Sexual. No one wants to see it. It's also a good way to tell if users might be underage or not.

Well, it sure has become one from were i stand...Comments of sexual nature should be expected on a relevant porn image. Labelling it "creepy" is outright uncalled for.

Granted, the phrase is subjective and you might not personally have a problem with it. This sometimes leave room for debate when it comes to acceptable behaviour. However, I've already explained what the issue is and that most people agree that it's necessary. Take it up with an admin if you want more information as to why it exists.

The admin i initially replied to has yet to respond.

You might not even get a response as this kind of thing is exactly what the Rules page on the Wiki is for.

Quote: "Creepy Comments - This is intended to ensure that users do not express their personal fetishes/desires publicly. Users have the right, within realistic expectations, to browse comfortably without unneeded or unnecessary commentary of those who wish to express their desires."

Yet at the same time people are allowed to express their fetishes/desires through their artwork publicly…
Expecting to not see sexual comments on porn is not exactly realistic expectations either.

Which is why i found that rule to be absolutely redundant.

Feels like you are being evasive about it...

No, I'm just bored of explaining rules that have already been justified to you.

A rule that is completely redundant is not justified.

Well okay then,… lets recap here:

-A website that esentially IS a "fetish website", since 90%+ of the content is fetish related, that allows ALL sort of fanwork, labels something thats completely harmless in the end as "creepy". -The reason is that people are apparently not allowed to express their fetishes/desires in the comments on said fetish website, yet they are allowed to express it freely in their artwork to their hearts content. That does not make sense in any way, shape or form. -I point out how asinine it is to an Admin and a user directly, in which the Admin outright ignores the point being made and the user is being evasive when i point out the redundancy. Constructive critisism exist for a reason and being ignored or walked around is not it.Just saying.

    No one cares.
Keep your bits to yourself, and keep what you do with them to yourself.

From what i see, people seem to care quite a bit. But by all means explain to me how that rule makes sense when at the same time people are allowed to express it freely through their artwork. Because i can honestly not see the logic. By definition it is what we call a "double standard".

No one cares about your regulatory musings.
Abide by the rule, or be castigated.

This makes the 4th time the redundancy and double standard gets ignored/evaded. That says a lot , just saying...

Besides i think you have missed the point. As i made clear in my original comment, my concerns were aimed at how other people have been treated due to a rule that is redundant and an outright double standard. The way people have responded to that, including that half-baked threat from you has only served to confirm my worries.

It's a bit late, but since Rainbow has been out of town for a few weeks, AFAIK...

You can talk about and appreciate an image without getting creepy about it. there is literally no rule against appreciate a picture. You can talk about how hot that pussy is all day, how perfectly drawn is it, all sorts of things. you just don't talk about what YOU want to do to that pussy, you don't talk to the characters in the picture, or as if you are the character in the picture.

You're all fucking adults. You can act like adults. Adults are capable of controlling themselves and not commenting things like "I want lick that pussy." It's not hard. you just.... don't do it. Like an adult.

if you want to verbally masturbate using your keyboard in the comments section, go to a different website.
