I'm with others that find it unfortunate to see these two potentially ending the series they were in. Perhaps I'm partial to bit characters like this, and naturally, they've done alot to capture the essence of Twokinds' bastian/kiedran to human relationships in a short time. Personally, I just love that these two aren't wealthy or even incredibly special - just a unique slice of life between two beings that now have a special bond.
I don't see Tom going anywhere past this, as his main comic is going to require his attention, but I'd support a spin-off or even a short "where are they now" arc.

Not really. All of these sketches come from Patreon suggestions, so there’s no garuntee of any of these being canon. Even the ones that are like “How Karen got her Keidran ears” are only canon until Tom decides for talk about it in the comic. Still, these series of sketches are kinda cool.
You know I feel that at least some form of the events which transpired can be inferred here.
Allow me to make an attempt. (Keep in mind this is extremely hypothetical, basically fanfic)
So the baby (who I will refer to as Si'ra so she [presuming it is a she] can be more easily mentioned) being something that exists put serious pressure on the two families of the parents. As a result they met in the dead of night and reached an agreement. The baby would be delivered in the safety of the city where there is easy(er) access to magic and other things to aid the process, afterwards being transported to her home village in secret.
However even the best laid plans tend to not survive first contact with life, and this was a bit haphazard.
As soon as Daniel got word of Therie entering labored he bolted with speed that would make his new father in law proud. The natural consequence being he was now a fugitive and could no longer provide for them from town.
So he was given Asylum and would be living alongside Therie,as for how they would work that out...that would come later.
To me that's the best potential outcome based on the picture.

MemberOh come on let there be more than this!
I feel slightly robbed if this is all we get to see of the two of them.
Like: where will they be go? How will they raise the kid? Is the baby going to be like Raine?

MemberI would love to have a spin-off comic of Daniels and Therie. They're too precious as a couple and I want to see more of them.

MemberWell, at least one suggestion containing them came up in this week’s sketch suggestions, so Tom isn’t vetoing them...

MemberWelp, looks like it's off to Lyn'knoll. Seriously though, I'd love to see a spin-off where these two try to go there.

MemberDaniels, obviously. He's deserted the Watch to be with Therie.
