Warmup 82: "Callie"
Callie Briggs from Swat Kats was arguably one of my first furry crushes, after Colleen from Road Rovers (only Cursed Children remember...). Every time there was an episode with her in it I was glued to the TV screen, though they never sexualized her as much as my little boy brain wanted, I still loved how she was actually more capable and a better leader than the actual mayor was.
Actually, I think the show went through a lot of animators and over time Callie's design got more angular and much more interesting, since at first she started off as basically Cleo from Heathcliffe in a business suit (at least that's what I thought at the time the show was on).
These days if you're lucky enough to have Boomerang on Cable you can catch Swat Kats on occasion and I definitely suggest you watch it if only to kill time! I have the show archived on my computer and it sucks they never properly ended it, but so was the case with lots of 80's and 90's cartoons.
