They just came from a big, epic battle, and most just got out of the hospital. Someone wearing a few bandages wouldn't raise an eye. Though, just watch, Kat will have known Natani was a girl from the start and thought it was too obvious to comment on. Just watch.

Maaaaybe...but keep in mind Natani does hide it rather well. Unless the artist is failing to convey a certain femininity in her appearance (I honestly thought she was a guy at first, despite reading about her. Yay, ovserbation!) or I'm failing to pick up on a certain femininity in her public mannerisms, or unless Kat was near enough to catch a whiff when her guard was down (keep in mind Natani uses a spell to repress/shield her pheromones), she's noooot likely to know except via deus ex machina.
