    The only thing that bothers me is the white border around the Eevee. Other than that, a very solid animation, I must say.

    it's not actually pixel art, but its simulated to look like it - the artist uses line tools, rotating objects/symbols, scaling, etc.. rather than placing the pixels by hand.

    basically, its just a low-resolution image/animation that's blown up to a higher size to have chunky pixels, rather than actual pixel art

    its still a cool style and i like it though
