Mistaken flag, this version is cropped but higher quality.
I don't know if it's higher quality in this instance, the difference is between scaling method where in here there's slight halo around high contrast areas making the image look much sharper and preserve visible detail more at cost of that halo artifacting. Also other versions seem to be patreon only copies.
