opening this picture in either 7zip or winrar gives you a folder that contains this comic https://e621.net/pool/show/2632, which is file embedding and also duplicating something already on the site. This was the closest flag I thought that fit that description

Thanks for bringing this into our attention, however in these kind of cases please be in direct contact with staff instead. Pretty sure we have already fixed this loophole, but of course old content that is already on the site will stay that way.

Luckily the content embedded is something that we are already hosting, but the file is still abusing the site by uploading content that is restricted by uploading tool.
