Does she have a shirt on, or doesn't she? She appears to, but she also has very clearly visible nipples with tape over them? Is the shirt transparent? Then what's with that design that goes around her boob, stops at the nipple, and appears to go around the nipple? Are the nipples actually colored onto the shirt?

It looks complicated but I think she is just wearing a series of leather straps, a shirt with holes for the nipples and tape on her boobs.
