Just tag the fucking thing with female and male, since the dragon topping him could be using a double ended dildo, which wouldn't show up, and not a strap-on which would. By any logic this picture CAN NOT be tagged with anything relating to intersex genders.

If we can't to see genitalia but we see breasts then she is in default a female.

Read the tag definitions. This is made obvious the dragon has at least a penis. Though since nothing can be seen to confirm either the presence or lack of female or further male genitalia: intersex.
Also "dickgirl" tag removed, that's just wrong. At least a Female tag is plausible but not dickgirl.

That makes no sense. Female gentilia is not visible, and the one on top is clearly mounting the male on the bottom without any evidence of a strapon. That is why the female tag has been removed, and the dickgirl tag has been added.
