the tail tip is quite prominent here, and looks suspiciously heart shaped... Is Azuma Minatsu showing us their take on the new Eevee female tail?

I wasn't sure about the heart shaped tip when I first heard about it, the rough tip was just a depiction of long fur, like the tip of a collies tail. With a solid break it kinda looks like Eevee has a short furred thick blob of flesh for a tail...
