Yes, that's called Justified Paranoia.

I should add that if your fear was of her watching you, yeah, that's a fear, ok, she watches you, so in that way your fear is 'real'. But why are you afraid of her watching you? What do you think her watching you is going to lead to that you use that fear to defend yourself from? Because as far as anyone has been able to figure out, there actually aren't really any hostile actions on her part at all, so most of the sources of those fears probably aren't terribly plausible based on what is known about her.
