  • This is kinda bizarre. The harsh noises and darkness of the whole thing really makes it seem like it's going to take a horror direction, but it just ends up being sort of silly situation. When was this made?

It's Eric Schwartz, so this is probably ancient. He's been involved in furry since the earliest days of the internet.

  • I probably should have finished watching the video before replying. The end credits say it was made in 2003. So, pretty old, but far from Eric's earliest work.

  • 1080p...
does making every pixel a 6x6px square really add anything? :/
the YouTube video description says it's a "remastered version" - sorry, but if it's just upscaled and maybe antialiased a little, it doesn't make it "remastered"...

  • I had to come back to pause for each scene in the quick changes. Also added tags for Freakazoid! and Emmitt Nervend but I don't know how to add him as a character tag.

  • 2003, the fact Amigas were used in this cartoon's creation is kinda crazy. I remember watching some of his animations on my A500 back in the day.

S'what happens when you refuse to use anything but an Amiga.

  • If it hadn't been a dream, in her place, I would've used the Zig Zag one to go and freak out the original. Though, come to think of it, knowing Zig, that would've backfired immensely...

  • I can totally see many movie possibilities with these Eric/Max's characters - they've got so much personality and charm, not to mention already looking like (risque) Disney characters

If I'm not mistaken it was made in the mid 90s.

They meant "remastered" from the old flash upload, which was potato quality.

And yes, since this was originally a raw generated animation and not an encoded video, I'll take every pixel exactly where it's supposed to be.
