When you first sent me to Ponyville with the missive to make some friends, I honestly failed to see how making friends was vital towards solving the impending crisis of Nightmare Moon's return. I was pleasantly surprised when my friends accompanied me and helped to purge Princess Luna from the Nightmare Moon entity. I understand now that to make friends, like any relationship requires effort by both parties involved, and communication. A friend accepts the positives of who you are as well as the negatives. With the myriads of ponies and other intelligent species on this planet, making friends can seem intimidating, but the reward is greater than the risk, for a true friend will be with you and staunchly support you through good times and bad. A true friend will want to be with you simply because you are yourself, and will want to spend time with you, enjoying each others companionship.
