It doesn't matter because of twys, but in this case when we see a flat chest and no visible genitals I believe it's supposed to be tagged male. If there was visible vagina it would get tagged cuntboy, visible penis it would get tagged male, but without either we can only go on visible secondary sexual characteristics aka the flat chest.

For what it's worth, if creator intent DID matter here, whygena tagged this image as "anal" on FA.

Guess a lot of people feel it's some kind of sacrilege that he keeps his name but can be tagged female/ambiguous, I'm on that bandwagon a little, but just not as vocal about it, don't like getting into arguments on here.
