Thats because I placed the hair covering breasts tag in there, but convenient censorship is implicated as a byproduct unfortunately in this case.
From my perspective it is being covered but only partly and not to the extent it’d be convenient but the system as it is won’t care or account for it anyway, to the extent it would be considered convenient or not or let me just use the one tag without the other; that is until a tag suitable enough is made to address this niche nuance.
All this could be said for some other things that could serve as similar more subtle descriptions but I can’t think of any off the top of my head.
