That mirror image reminds me of a movie about a man in hell who came into a room and saw a woman on a bed. In the mirror, her reflection showed her sporting a devils tail. They fought, the mirror broke, and he stabbed her with a shard which revealed her for who she was.

Again, a long time ago, but that scene just stuck out. Wish I remembered the title, the whole premise still interests me.
