Memberhuh... that ending is kinda funny. Boku is typically masculine and is a shortening of a word that basically means "manservant". it is used by the younger (by that i mean 90s+) generation of males as a more humble way to refer to themselves ("Boku wa-","Boku no-", etc.).
So basically she was saying that she thought that her cousin was a lesbian, a tomboy, or both.
