Funnily enough, it's typically commissioned by the same guy, some korean named togepi1125. Though he does at times add a separate version that omits the macro parts.

Remember on a post a while back someone wondering why there were so many of these, someone responded with that a guy dropped I think $1000's on a crap ton, from a couple different artists, so I don't think we are done yet.
