    If you learn a bit about the tags you can go into your account settings, find the blacklist option, & enter combinations of tags to avoid.

    Since I'm queer, one of the lines I entered is:
    female -male rating:e

    This removes any picture that involves an exposed female 'IF' there is no male.

    Here is your mistake. You shouldn't need an antivirus nor firewall, because it should be isolated from external intrusion in the first place. That's like saying "You should hire a bodyguard" to someone who leave his front door opened.
