The left hand side of this picture looks to have a color convergence problem, it's hurting my eyes to look at, you can see the blue looks to be shifted to the right a bit, making everything look blurry. Image to point out what I mean : https://prnt.sc/leuc1n

That's Chromatic Abberation, an optic phenomenon used for stylistic effect and often overused to the point of eye-hurting. One channel is "zoomed" more or less than the others, you can see it happening on the other side as well
