I think she's trying give herself some more "human-like" traits without falling into uncanny valley
territory. Like those piercings above her eyes could imply/create the illusion of eyebrows. The tape implies she has breasts like a human (or any pokemon that has them), but obviously they'd be small/just nipples in this case.
