I'm gonna have to go with the enlarged knot idea here, because then it keeps from slipping past the sphincter too easily. Though maybe it could do both, and it anchors to the outside by the piercings, too. Not gonna put that past the creator, either, given all the edge to be had here.

The Lucario just became pure steel type.

While interesting concept and decent art, the excessive piercings kinda kills this piece overall for me. But hey, still better than anything I could do.
