I never see plump cheerleaders in real life.

All the female cheerleaders around here are chosen greatly for low weight so that they can be more easily hoisted and thrown (sometimes with one hand) by the male cheerleaders (who stay grounded). Almost a shame that actual good looks aren't required, but I suppose it could be worse.
