Character Description

Azuli is a part of a species from a realm known as Ursis. Her species, the Coldfire Welplings were created as underlings for their higher ranking lords. They served as slaves, caretakers, canon fodder and entertainment. The are not privledged enough to eat actual meals so their bodies were made literally for eating dirt. Minerals, stones and gems are dilicacies to them. Their bodies are made up of liquified minerals they've ingested. The more they eat, the mor they grow. A healthy Coldfire Whelpling is a large one. Given their aptitude as servants, they are sought after by warlocks to be used as servants.

Personality

Azuli is airheaded and unaccustomed to both her freedom and the normal world. She very devoted to her masters and acts almost as an ordinary dog would.

Background/History

Long ago, a warlock apprentice was upset by is masters constant cautions and restrictions. He took it upon himself to steal his masers book of spells and practice them far away. The ritual required Lapis Lazuli ground into chalk, and a helmet made of pure obsidian to coax a creature from another realm. In privacy, he had successfully summoned a Coldfire Welpling, but in his haste, severely burnt himself with Cold Fire, leaving him cripples and vulnerable. The bound creature was named Azuli, and she spent the rest of her masters life treating and taking care of him until he eventually passed away. For Azuli’s kindness, the warlock set free Azuli to be free to wonder the world.
However, Azuli’s instinct’s weren’t to wonder to achieve something. She was made to serve, and serve she did. She now travels across the globe serving new masters for as long as they’d have her.

Body

Their bodies liquify materials in to matter similar to flesh. The more they eat, the larger they grow. A healthy Coldfire Corgi is a large one. Their bodies as mentioned are made out liquified material in a magma like state. When angered a Clodfire Corgi can become as hot as lava. They can move this material and displace it any way they see fit, though they tend to shape themselves into the form that pleases their current master the most. They can even simulated the look, feel, and use of body parts they normally don't have.

Accessories

Once summoned, Coldfire Welpling are bound to their helmet. Azuli's is made out of obsidian. The helmet closes and absorbs Azuli's body when she sleeps, leaving nothing more than her helmet during rest.
