I can't remove the "clothed" and "clothing" tags. There are clearly no clothes on them.

Thats because you added the "cleavage" tag. Cleavage implies the crease between a pair of breasts when contained in a bra or such (far as the site is concerned anyway). As long as you have that there, those other tags wont go away.
