Okay... Well first off Anatomy is literally a subcategory of Biology so there is that...

Second off... Holding your breath... If someone does have a 10" dick down their throat do you think they just instantly die that second? Average individuals can hold their breath fine for about 60 seconds.

This is an image meaning for all you know the deep throat may of lasted all of 10 seconds before he pulled out...

I am assuming you think because the knot is in his mouth that it is impossible to do so? Well that is simply an assumption made by you and does not necessarily reflect the reality of the image.

The truth is, the knot already looks completely swelled before oral knotting and if so, if it got in it can come out.

Even just looking though there seems to be plenty of space in his mouth given substance by the fact his tongue doesn't appear to be being depressed at all.

Plus, there are medical procedures where they will completely block off the throat with a scope or something in order to get to the stomach, and the patient isn't exactly dead or being expected to hold their breath. As long as the nose is able to draw in air and there's no outside pressure crushing the windpipe, they can breathe.

That said, if you /want/ him to be dead, by all means, fantasize away. They're cartoons, real-life physics don't have to apply XD

Blue, technically you can have the throat obstructed and still breath but if it is NOT depressing Epiglottis (a flap at the base of the tongue that controls breathing or swallowing.)

If it is depressed in a way where it can't open then you can't breath (Like if there is a giant dick down your throat.)

In medical procedures either the obstruction is lower than the Epiglottis (Like a Balloon on a catheter)which means you can still breath. Or there is a breathing tube ran directly in the throat.
