Well, I don't feel sorry for him any more. Assuming he's gonna pull a "Cosby" as you guys say.

So he gets a headache... And takes some medicine. Assuming it is simple Aspirine and he want to give her (i presume) exactly the same thing. What it's gonna exactly do?

They're migraine medicine. Which really doesn't do anything but take migraines away. An overdose does serious damage to your body, but that about all it does.

It'll probably make her tired/fall asleep though because plot I guess

Good catch. You would ideally need some kind of Benzo like Valium, Xanax, or Rufinol to get the pass out effect that quickly with 3 pills. Opiates are not good for rendering someone unconscious as their onset is much less rapid and are typically not prescribed in large enough quantities unless you have cancer or a smashed spine but oddly enough, if you want a quick and dirty alternative to sedatives, you could just go with Diphenhydramine (Benadryl). At a triple dose you'd probably feel like you were floating in space and at 5-10x the
dose it becomes a mild hallucinogen but carries multiple risks of depressed breathing, severe tachycardia, even coma, usually leading to death.....but I won't take off too many points for furry comic artists not having an encyclopedic knowledge of pharmaceuticals.

I wonder if he is prescribed Rizatriptan for the migraines (most likely some kind of Triptan if chronic) and you are correct, they will do nothing but make your blood vessels constrict and inhibit dilation and inflammation...
