There is something to be said about being certain both parties are having an equally good time and a larger, less pleasant discussion about consent vs. coercion here, but the way I see it the cat witch is in control of the situation and is keeping her focus to use magic to make the experience more enjoyable for the male.

It would seem to me that she is putting his needs first.

Or perhaps it's just in her personality to not openly express how good she feels. Bottom line, we don't know for certain what's going on, so we shouldn't pass judgement.
