I played Mass Effect, and I didn't hear one word about Korgans having external testicles. As for the hump, that hump was, most likely, his armor, and not his body.

99% sure they're talking about his neck/back. In this, he looks like he has a camel neck instead of kind of a humpbacky thing.

Krogans don't actually have humps there are statues of krogan warriors in the third that have light armor that does not have the hump

For all we know, four, two or even none of of the testicles can be internal.
