It's to keep people from using this piece on their roleplay profile because it doesn't belong to them. It's common practice on Flist for instance to just put random art in your profile if you don;t have any of your own. Not every character owner is ok with such a practice, hence the watermark.

There's such an excess of everything, which is why i love seeing new art of this char.

There's a story there, like why there's a 'do not eat flextape' warning, someone had to've done it at one point, and happened to me, I met myself once. Lmaow
