I used to think the same, but depending on the artist's depiction Delphox can be much sexier. https://e621.net/post/show/651481

I always preferred delphox over braixen, that said, if I were in the world of pokemon and a female braixen hit on me, I wouldn't reject her. After all she'd evolve eventually and she's still a fox "Mage" which are two things I like.

i saw him drawing it on stream, it did have a cunt drawn on at one point but apparently just erased it off after finishing it
