It's debatable whether it's incest because literally EVERY sexual encounter you ever have would be a threesome with your sister included. Even masturbation would be incest, as you're masturbating not only yourself but your sister as well.
I suppose it brings into question whether the avoidability of incest is an inherent part of it's definition. To my mind - it is, for what that's worth (practically nothing).

The "it's so bad, we shouldn't be doing this" aspect of the incest fetish may be boner-killed by the unavoidable nature of this situation. I gotta say i'm curious. Someone who's into incest could weigh in on the matter.

If they were conjoined that would be one thing. They however appear to be a two headed dragon; in that case I'd have to go the route of not incest just really frigging hot.
