Tasty Birdy

More colour practice. Also the bird/cat girls just looked way too tasty not to. D: I know it might seem like Ru is all about the take take take never willing to give, but that's not true at all! Some of you ladies look remarkably delicious! A lot of my biggest fantasies actually involving the giving side of things... I just do it my own way (/creep).

SO yeah, more colour practice. Think I'm finally starting to get the hang of this a bit. If you'll notice, most of the pictures I've drawn for the last little while have been waist up sort of deals. The reason for this is simple, it's actually harder for me to paint large areas smoothly. By making the characters bigger, I'm forcing myself to learn how to do so. Once I've got that down, painting smaller areas that full-body characters have is a snap.

However, after all those waist up shots, fitting entire characters on the page was a bit tough from the drawing side. Ru is actually off the page at the bottom a bit, but I didn't feel like re-drawing it to make things fit, so I just ran with it. It's only colour practice after all. :P

Making some improvement on background washes, still needs work but getting there. And I finally managed to make Ru's fur a nice silver colour instead of the brownish grey I've been doing lately, so that's also good.

But yeah, mostly I just thought these ladies looked really yummy and wanted to give them a little taste. >.> I'm a perv, might as well just admit it.
