I'm not ashamed to admit that I use photo references (to reference, not to copy!), but I NEVER trace.

Oh, no doubt, it looks great, it was just the penis looked a bit too real :P But I guess excellent drawing skill can give that impression.

'Sokay. You're not the first person to make that assumption. To be honest, I'm kind of at a loss as to what to do. I've shown people sketches, WIPs...I've even made a step-by-step of my drawing process, but people still accuse me of tracing or using Photoshop filters to modify photographs.

I has a sad. :(

Consider it a compliment rather than the other people who are accused and get all defensive and angry when irrefutable evidence is given.
