Logically you’re correct, but this is e621, fuck logic. Maybe they’re shouting but the author just made it look like normal speech? Or maybe they have earplugs, that can help a little.

Um what happened to her collar? could say she too it off but has it on in the last page, and next page, i get not drawing it cuz of angle you wouldn't see it but clear in one panel you can see her neck, i just wanted to point it out since no one has yet, love this comic
