THIS IS THE ONLY KNOWN "SONGIBRD" EVER PRODUCED. IT WAS A PROTOTYPE COMMISSIONED BY AN ANONYMOUS SOURCE IN THE 1920s. SHE WAS NICKNAMED "PHILOMELA SMITHWROUGHT". WHILE THE (NOW DECEASED) COMMISSIONER CLAIMED SHE WAS FUNCTIONAL AT THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE, AND ONLY BROKE DOWN SUBSEQUENTLY, ANALYSIS OF THE CLOCKWORK SUGGESTS THIS COULD NOT BE THE CASE.

She's a very lovely bird, though I'm not sure if she'd have ever been able to stand on those legs. Either they are a really strong material or her upper body is lighter than it appears. Maybe some sort of light ceramic?
