*spoiler alert*By the state of their armor, this was before Draconian measures thus meaning they haven't found the female Draconians. Making all those males since the females aren't born yet cause the Dark queen doesn't want to let the draconians make more of their race. So yeah those are all guys by the logic of the book.... I know i total geek out when it comes to dragonlance :3
