Or maybe you bought the wrong type of chastity device. There are mainly two types (leaving out ones that require piercings): the one that gets held on with a ring around the balls and one that's more like a belt.
The "ring around the balls" type didn't work for me, so I went with a "belt" type one. Unfortunately those are very expensive cause they usually need to be custom made, but there are Chinese clones out there (with varying degree of shittiness in quality).
