Description

Mayor Musuko is always looking for new ways to make a profit from his prisoners. Someone suggested selling milk from the prisoners, and Musuko kinda didn't get the message that the person meant the women prisoners. Oh well. I'm sure someone wants to buy boy milk. They can put it in food, in their coffee, on their faces, or whatever. Weirdos.
