    As good as his art is, 5k (from what I've read) Is too much for a picture and a bunch of PSD /minor layer changes with or without clothes, 5k needs animation. Nice ass tho.

    As long as there are a sufficient supply of people who will happily pay it, they'll keep charging that.

    If you can ask that, and get it, why wouldn't you charge it?

    I agree though, it's an outrageous price for what you're actually getting.

    *Edit* Just checked the FA page, and there was a commission slot just opened less than 10 days ago for 2 characters, for a mere $7000. And it's already closed. So yeah, they'll keep charging that. Why wouldn't they?

    The market sets the price not the seller. They only get paid that much for their product because people pay it.

    You're not trying to suggest the value of art is entirely objective are you? Yves Klein did a piece in 1959 called "IKB 79" and it's just a canvas painted blue. That's it. Single colour, nothing on it at all. It looks like a noticeboard with nothing pinned to it. Sold for three million, three hundred and one thousand dollars.

    Art is "worth" what people will pay for it. And people will pay seven grand for a two character piece from Miles DF. It is what it is.
