Given she's shown to just be a little taller than Rika in the anime (who is 10 in the Japanese dub), it would make here about 4ft something in height. She just seems taller due to her design.

Actually, even in the Japanese version, despite being 10, Rika is allegedly about about 163 cm, or a little over 5'4 (5'7, depending on the source). The American version makes her 12, which helps this situation a little bit, but either way, these kids are freakishly tall.

This puts Renamon at a bit above six feet, being about a head taller than Rika.

Though, I'm gonna admit, information on the entire subject of height is scarce, and there doesn't seem to be so much of a concrete answer so much as a general consensus. I wouldn't say I blame the artist for making her short.
