Given their unique reproductive habits, there's no reason Dogmeat there couldn't knock an Asari up. Which would eventually cause awkward conversations when the subject of the other parent was brought up.

More than likely it'd just be normal, honestly in Asari culture I feel like it's impolite to bring up the father unless stated otherwise.
