    Problem is that youtubes default video format is webm. Why did you download 360p MP4 and then convert, when you could've just straight up downloaded 1080p WebM directly?

    So, I am confusion. I downloaded it using youtube-dl, but I have no idea how to download it as webm.

    -f is to select format (spoiler: -f best is not even near the best, altough that still is supposed to be 720p so no idea how you managed to get 360p).
