It shouldn't be deleted because it's newer, it shouldn't be kept just because resolution is higher and posts shouldn't be flagged inferior to each other because that makes handling them much harder.

This post should be deleted as inferior, because the increase in resolution isn't enough to justify higher compression and softer details, which are most likely reason of this post being handled by FA where the earlier post is manually downscaled by the artist.

Also as earlier post was already flagged, I would've seen both posts regardless and simply reverse the situation, instead of needing to handle both posts and make sure I'm not mixing them up.
