Luckily you don't have to be that person, since this is technically not Ghidorah and is instead a similar non copyrighted hydra for the purposes of a toy company

It's from a toy company named Twin Tail creations.
They make some pretty nice toys. This was just promo art for their stuff. If anything it should probably be tagged as that character.
