@Daneasaur Is this more accurate knotting?

    Seems like it.

I stopped following this guy's works after he blew a gasket at me for supporting him and showing interest in his works and banned me, so I'm sorry if I don't get the whole context, but this page seems to indicate it.

So, you know how in comics that have lots of characters and the viewers get really invested in it? During his Ragdoll x Angie comic (Elephant and alligator) I was one of the main ones who was championing the artist. I made guesses on how the plot would roll out,how characters would act, etc.

Only hiccup was when it came to the sex scene and... neither character is talking or communicating at all. no "doing okay?" or anything, and I (and a couple others) were perplexed and, honestly, unsettled.

When I questioned him on his IB page, he got mad at me. When I tried to say that it was pretty poor sport of him to act like a butt to one of his loudest fans, he did the famous "here is one more insult and you can't reply because you're blocked".

Worse is the meat shield. You know the one, every somewhat popular artist has them where they will defend the artist, regardless what they have done.

Just nay saying the artist in any manner is enough to make them come out of the woodwork and harass you.

"Artist" is just a 3-letter swap-out from being "CULtist". Well, two letters swapped and one added, but you get the point.
Almost every fandom seems to be acting that way lately. It's really weird, and childish.

That's sadly the case in some situations.

Honestly it's been frequent in all corners, just that social media makes it more apparent when it happens.
