Unless those are blue belly scales I see (to the left of the dragons left forearm), I see no straps so that sack looks like it got painted. I'm curious about those two color choices.

Theres a lil bit of blue on his neck, so its definitely his underbelly colour.
I'm curious if the purple stripes go all the way up his front as well ^_^
