The source, the artist's FA, where the ones posting have complete control over what's tagged, has 'vore' tagged on it, showing that the artist intended for 'vore' to be depicted in the image.
Of course, that doesn't matter too much here, since it's all tag what you see, not what you know, so… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
