    because when mods/admins decide a character looks male/female/whatever, they don't want to constantly bother with people changing tags to whatever they seem fit themselves (and eventually have to ban them), so they lock the tags.

    it's TWYS - tag what you see - and not TWIITD - tag what is in the description.

    yes, yes, and i am well aware that even the artists who make the draw that are active on this site has to subdue to the "rules" like that, but still, i as the maker of this picture said that is male, and from pixiv is male as well, so yeah... it annoys me that someone locked the tags that supposedly needs to have, regardles of that rules.
