So long as that stays in these intro pics as a running gag for humor and doesn't become a major thing in the comic, then it's not an issue.

Not saying how he should run the comic he makes, though. Just.. seems concerning. (I myself am a fan of thiccness however)

Big multi-billionaire company tells you to stop using their copyright content if not they will sue.
You are using content that belongs to them.
You are not a multi-millionaire with the finances to fight this legal battle.
Should you lose you'd never pay off the millions of dollars the company will claim.

Either you let it go or you risk being forever in debt to someone with the finances to force you to pay up.

It's a legal fight that it isn't entirely sure Kuro would have won even if he had spent the money for an experienced lawyer. OSE was being done via his Patreon, so Nintendo had a solid case for trademark infringement, if not copyright infringement.

Hopefully nobody said this ‘“offers my arm” ok let’s go.’
